Annual Support Options

The suggestions below allow you to resolve some of your CCTV system issues without incurring the cost for Prime to either:

  1. Work on the issue remotely (£15+VAT per 15 minutes of work).
  2. Visit site to work on issue (£100+VAT for first hour then £50+VAT per hour thereafter).
  • Restart IP camera as this fixes some faults
  • Check IP or analogue camera power supply is functioning correctly
  • Check cable to camera for damage
  • Check camera for damage
  • Check recorder is working and recording recent footage

If these suggestions do not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Services and authorise proceeding with either option 1 or 2 above.
