Benefits of our IP CCTV in Education

CCTV Facts in Schools

A properly designed CCTV system can be invaluable to a school and has the ability to assist in many aspects of education. It is more than simply protecting the school and pupil property. Well sited cameras, together with notices that surveillance is in operation serve as both a deterrent and evidence should there be an incident.

  • Protects the staff/pupils from attack both day and night
  • We have experience using your CAT5/6 & Fibre Network to significantly reduce cost
  • Keep your existing cameras on our new IP CCTV system
  • Existing support contracts taken over for free
  • Privacy masking to protect Pupils & Neighbours UK CCTV Code of practice 2008
  • Remote Monitoring
  • Mobile Wireless Cameras
  • Licence Plate Monitoring
  • Internet Access standard (allows remote support & monitoring)
  • Remote System Integrity Monitoring (find recording faults before you need footage)
  • Remote video access to aid late night, intruder alarm, keyholder response
  • Behavioural issues can be addressed
  • Some schools operate a good behaviour program, rewarding any good deeds spotted on the CCTV system such as picking up litter. .
  • Camera Selection

Portable CCTV systems can also be used very effectively for non intrusive teacher coaching. We have piloted a system in several high schools recently and can supply a DVD of our experiences if you contact us.

Why not integrate your CCTV cameras with Video Analytics ?
